Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and engaging with government authorities and executives.
Proven track record overseeing budgets, schedules, risks and contract performance.
Fifteen-plus years of experience in major road, tunnel or heavy civil infrastructure projects (preferred).
Master's degree in civil engineering (preferred).
