Job summary

Boeing Saudi Arabia Limited invites applications for a Senior Program Manager to lead the Saudi Vertical Lift sustainment program in Riyadh. The role focuses on Spare Packages, Field Support, PBL, modifications, upgrades, training and transactional contracts, while supporting current scope execution.

The candidate will coordinate with customers, manage a matrix IPT, and drive program strategy, risk management and portfolio reporting to leadership. Employer will not sponsor employment visa status.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Military or industry with Defense Vertical Lift.
• 5+ years of experience in program management.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office product.

Responsibilities

• Attends customer engagements as primary focal point and supports requests.
• Leads project managers and functions to ensure on-time delivery and first-time quality.
• Leads matrix IPT team performing program management activities.
• Develops and maintains departmental plans, policies and procedures aligned with strategies.
• Acquires resources, manages suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers and reports.
• Oversees technical approaches and approves products and processes.
• Follows PMBP goals and improvement plans.
• Identifies scope changes and risks and develops mitigation plans.
