Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a similar role.
• Technical understanding of security and networking projects.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong negotiation, oral communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with global enterprises, MSSP, carrier and government customers.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships to understand the needs and requirements of customer projects.
• Develops, negotiates and builds a Scope of Work, WBS and project schedules.
• Identifies resources needed and assigns responsibilities and ensures resource availability.
• Coordinates with sales, operations, and support to coordinate activities.
• Ensures on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Manages changes in scope, schedule and costs with proper verification.
• Forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization.
• Maintains comprehensive project documentation and reports to management.
• Enforces Fortinet's project standards and risk management practices.
• Leads team and customer meetings and communicates sensitive information tactfully.
