Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the central point of coordination and governance across the Eagle Accounting and Eagle Performance workstreams in Saudi Arabia.

You will report to the Practice Director, drive risk management, proactive issue resolution, and executive reporting, and ensure alignment between client teams and delivery groups across on-site engagements in the GCC region.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large, complex technology programs in financial services.
• Strong governance, project controls, risk/issue management, and executive reporting.
• Proven ability to manage senior client stakeholders in multi-team environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a governance framework across Eagle Accounting and Eagle Performance workstreams.
• Coordinate program planning, milestones, dependencies, and governance forums.
• Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) at program level and ensure closure of actions.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior business, operations, technology, and transformation teams.
• Prepare concise weekly/monthly leadership reporting and executive materials.
• Coordinate across Professional Services, product, engineering, support, and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure smooth transition across project phases: design, build, testing, go-live and handover.
