Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large, complex technology programs in financial services.
• Experience in governance, project controls, risk/issue management, dependency management, and executive reporting.
• Strong senior stakeholder management in complex delivery environments.
• On-site client-facing role experience with executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a robust governance framework across Eagle Accounting and Eagle Performance.
• Coordinate program-level planning, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and governance forums.
• Ensure ownership, accountability, and follow-through on program actions.
• Maintain RAID management for risks, issues, dependencies.
• Prepare concise weekly and monthly program reporting for leadership.
