Job summary

Egis Group in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Senior Project/Programme Manager to own the Project Charter and the Project Execution Plan for the full term of the engagement. You will build and protect the baseline schedule, manage client dependencies, and run governance forums from steering committees to weekly sessions.

You will also drive change control end-to-end, maintain risk/issue registers, and ensure documentation control across multi-site consultancy with field mobilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Civil, mechanical or electrical).
• Minimum 8 years in project/programme management with 3+ years in KSA.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Delivery record on multi-site consultancy with heavy field mobilisation.
• Ownership of a project execution plan and change control process.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001; ISO 22301/ISO 31000 a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management with public sector and sovereign clients.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Own the Project Charter and Project Execution Plan for the full term.
• Build and protect the baseline schedule with client dependencies.
• Plan field campaigns and secure site access, permits and escorts.
• Constitute and run governance forums from steering to weekly sessions.
• Apply delegated authority and escalation matrices with options.
• Control the deliverable lifecycle with reviews and client comments.
• Manage stage gates with owner and closure date for exceptions.
• Operate end-to-end change control and maintain the change log.
• Own risk and issue registers and reporting movements.
• Maintain EDMS, program dashboard and response time tracking.
• Issue monthly reporting on schedule variance and risk movements.
• Manage subconsultant performance against schedules and criteria.
• Apply ISO 9001 controls to templates, reviews and document issue.
