Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic outcomes in Riyadh. You will own scope, schedule, budget, risks and stakeholder engagement, ensuring on-time, high-quality results and client satisfaction.

The role requires 7+ years in project management, with leadership experience and fluency in English and Arabic. You will mentor junior PMs and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of project management with 3+ years in senior/lead roles.
Proven success delivering on time within scope and budget.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.
Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
Arabic and English language proficiency.
Supply Chain Retail domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and closure of multiple projects or a large-scale program.
Define scope, schedule, budget, resources and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans and maintain project documentation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors/partners.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues; escalate when required.
Manage stakeholder relationships and provide regular status updates.
Ensure quality management and compliance with processes.
Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across projects.
Provide leadership to project managers or coordinators on the team.
Lead change management and adoption when projects impact operations or customers.
Maintain financial controls: budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting.
