Job summary

Thrive Management Services is seeking a Senior Procurement Executive to oversee end-to-end procurement of raw materials, ensure timely sourcing, and coordinate with suppliers to guarantee uninterrupted material availability for manufacturing operations.

The role involves managing purchase orders, negotiating terms, and collaborating with Planning, Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams. Willingness to travel and relocate to Saudi Arabia if required.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Operations & Purchase Order Management: Manage procurement of raw materials in line with production and business requirements. Issue, track, and manage purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Supplier Coordination & Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements with suppliers. Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure on-time order confirmations and deliveries.
• Cross-Functional Coordination & Material Availability: Monitor material availability and work with Planning, Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams to prevent stock-outs.
• Records & Data Management: Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier master data in SAP/ERP systems.
• Issue Resolution & Supplier Development: Resolve supplier-related issues including delays, shortages, quality concerns, and documentation discrepancies. Identify alternate suppliers and support supplier qualification activities. Track supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare procurement reports, open PO trackers, and material availability updates.
• Location: Willingness to travel and relocate to Saudi Arabia if required.
