• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 12+ years of experience in the General Contracting sector, preferably in Building Construction projects.
• 3+ years of experience in Procurement & Contracts.
• 2+ years of experience in the Saudi market as a Procurement Engineer.
• Experience in local and international procurement and working with suppliers.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to analyze and compare quotations and ensure compliance with technical specs.
• Good technical knowledge related to the scope of work.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
