Job summary

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company seeks a Process Safety Engineer to support PSM, MOC, RCA, and EHSS targets across plants. Reporting to the EHSS Manager, you will drive risk assessments, PHAs, and audits while overseeing training and reporting to ensure uninterrupted operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering with 8+ years in steel or chemical production and proven supervisory experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• PHA, risk assessment methodologies, and operational background.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• PC literacy and safety tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and comment on PSM standards and TIMS procedures.
• Coordinate with HSE to maintain safe operations and reduce process safety incidents.
• Participate in PHA activities and manage five-year revalidations.
• Track PHA recommendations and monitor budgets.
• Support TSR for MOC and ensure TIMS compliance.
• Report progress of operational targets to enable decisions.
• Participate in RCA investigations for LOPC incidents.
• Coordinate with TIMS training for plant staff.
• Lead internal and external PSM audits.
• Review risk assessments and accelerate mitigations for high/moderate risks.
• Coordinate facility maintenance with Reliability and Operations teams.
