Job summary

Saudi Aramco seeks a Power Systems Reliability & Asset Integrity Engineer to join the Reliability & Asset Management Division. You will provide engineering analysis and ensure adherence to Reliability & Asset Integrity standards across Power Operations.

Your work focuses on RAM/RCM-based maintenance strategies, asset life cycle management, and data-driven reliability improvements for HV equipment across Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Power utility in Power Systems Reliability & Asset Integrity Management for HV equipment.
• Familiar with RAM/RCM/RMS/MTBF and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop RAM model for electrical substations and distribution network.
• Apply RCM to maintenance strategies and analyze data including RAM data (MTBF/MTTR).
• Develop and manage asset policies, strategies, and work plans for power system assets.
• Manage Power Systems Substations by deploying Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS).
• Administer Power Systems Signature Based Condition Assessment Program.
• Develop and manage single point of failure assessments to sustain power supply.
• Perform asset failure trending and RCA to avoid recurrence.
• Utilize FRACAS to document unreliability events and improvements.
• Supervise asset inventory documentation and related performance metrics.
• Support asset replacement business case development.
