Job summary

Nextera Energy in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced PMO Specialist / PMO Analyst to support governance, planning, reporting, and financial tracking across multiple projects.

You will manage dashboards, risks, budgets, and stakeholder coordination, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with objectives and quality standards. This role requires strong analytical skills and hands-on PMO experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, IS or related.
• Certifications PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PMO, Agile/Scrum preferred.
• 5-7 years of PMO/Analyst experience across multiple projects/programs.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO governance processes and lifecycle management.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and executive-level project status reports.
• Consolidate project dashboards and portfolio management reports.
• Track project health metrics and deviations from plans.
• Coordinate project activities across business and technical teams.
• Maintain schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, and meeting minutes.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering reviews, and project forums.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
• Support contract management and change request processes.
