Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Any relevant field.
• 2 to 4 years of work experience in project-related roles.
• Business Planning and Project Management competencies.

Responsibilities

• Support PMs in preparing, maintaining, and submitting project management documentation.
• Maintain and update project information, status reports, and records in PMIS.
• Prepare minutes of meetings and track actions with stakeholders.
• Identify and monitor project risks and mitigations; support governance.
• Organize documentation, version control, and archiving for project closure.
• Coordinate with PMs and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery per scope and timelines.
