Job summary

NextEra seeks an experienced PMO Specialist / PMO Analyst to support governance, planning, reporting, and financial tracking across multiple projects and programs in the Eastern Province. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, hands-on PMO operations, and cross-functional coordination.

Ideal candidates will manage project dashboards, budgets, and resource utilization while coordinating with project managers and leadership teams to ensure alignment with objectives and governance standards.

Qualifications

• PMO frameworks and governance experience.
• Experience supporting multiple projects and programs.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery.
• Experience in project reporting and portfolio tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO governance processes and lifecycle management.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across projects.
• Prepare daily to executive-level project status reports.
• Consolidate dashboards and portfolio management reports.
• Track project health metrics and deviations from plans.
• Coordinate activities across business and technical teams.
• Maintain schedules, RAID logs, and meeting minutes.
• Facilitate governance meetings and steering reviews.
