Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a PMIS Manager to oversee the development and optimization of PMIS that support successful project execution. You will communicate with stakeholders, analyze data, and drive improvements to ensure informed decision-making and operational excellence.

The role requires extensive PMIS experience, leadership, and strong knowledge of Oracle Unifier, P6, and Microsoft Project, with PMP/PRINCE2 desirable. This is a senior, strategic position in our Riyadh-based operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, PM, or related field.
10+ years in PMIS with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of PMIS tools: Oracle Unifier, P6, MSP.
Experience in project data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and leadership with stakeholder engagement.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification desirable; data security familiarity.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and management of PMIS across multiple projects.
Coordinate with project teams to define requirements and integrate with processes.
Perform regular data analysis and generate reports for progress and performance.
Facilitate training sessions and create PMIS documentation.
Evaluate PMIS enhancements based on feedback and needs.
Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and security per policies.
Stay updated on tech trends to keep PMIS current.
Collaborate with IT for system integration and risk mitigation.
Build and maintain relationships with PMIS vendors and manage SLAs.
