Job summary

Celcom Solutions Global in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of concurrent enterprise-scale client implementations in the financial services domain. You will chair client steering committees, manage baselines, budgets, resources and change controls, and mentor PMs while improving PMO governance.

Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia is required, with hands-on experience in FinTech, Capital Markets, or Banking sectors and proficiency with MS Project, JIRA,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience, incl. 3+ years leading complex enterprise software deployments.
• Solid domain experience in FinTech, Capital Markets, or Banking/Financial Services.
• PMP certification is required; Agile/PRINCE2 credentials are advantageous.
• Working knowledge of system integrations, data migrations, and release management.
• Hands-on proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and enterprise PM tools.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of concurrent enterprise-scale client implementations and multi-workstream programs.
• Chair client steering committees and align delivery with strategic goals.
• Own project baselines budgets resource planning forecast-to-complete and strict scope change controls.
• Drive RAID management, resolve escalations, and coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Support, and PMO.
• Mentor PMs and coordinators and improve PMO governance templates and delivery standards.
