Qualifications

• 8-12 years project management in technology/IT.
• 5-7 years in banking or regulated financial services.
• Track record managing complex multi-team projects with substantial budgets.
• Digital transformation or data platform project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for data, digital transformation, and AI initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Apply Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Conduct stakeholder updates and steering committee reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and banking standards alignment.
• Build and mentor project teams across matrix organization.
• Optimize resource allocation and manage financial performance.
