Job summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact programs in data modernization, digital banking platforms, and AI delivery within a regulated banking environment.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams, applying both Agile and traditional PM methodologies while ensuring compliance with banking standards across the program.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years project management in technology/IT.
• 5-7 years in banking or regulated financial services.
• Track record managing complex, multi-team projects with substantial budgets.
• Digital transformation or data platform project experience.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Agile Certification (CSM, CSPO, SAFe, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for data, digital transformation, and AI initiatives
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
• Apply Agile and traditional project management methodologies
• Conduct stakeholder updates and steering committee reporting
• Ensure regulatory compliance and banking standards alignment
• Build and mentor project teams across matrix organization
• Optimize resource allocation and manage financial performance
