Job summary

ACWA Power Rabigh is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the plant's day-to-day operations and laboratory functions, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient production in line with quality and HSE standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 10+ years in power generation or water desalination, with proven leadership and strong stakeholder management. You will drive strategic planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in power generation and/or water desalination plants.
• Proven leadership/managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations (power generation and/or water production) to meet production targets.
• Develop and implement operations strategy aligned with plant objectives.
• Lead production planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Lead, develop, and manage operations teams (30–100 employees).
• Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance.
