Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh, KSA, is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Manager to lead master program schedules for large-scale infrastructure projects and drive integrated project controls. You will develop baselines, supervise discipline-wide schedules, and coordinate with cost control, risk, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience in planning and scheduling for major infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 8 years in a Planning Manager or Scheduling Manager role.
• Proven experience in PMC, engineering consultancy, or major infrastructure organizations.
• Experience on large-scale roads, highways, bridges, interchanges, tunnels, and transportation projects.
• Experience with government authorities and major transportation agencies in the Middle East is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Advanced Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of master program schedules for large infrastructure projects.
• Establish planning procedures, scheduling standards, and project controls processes.
• Develop and review baseline schedules for design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning phases.
• Ensure schedules are fully integrated across disciplines and stakeholders.
• Validate contractor schedules and ensure contractual compliance.
• Monitor schedule performance and baseline adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cost control, risk management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure schedule alignment.
• Prepare executive dashboards, look-ahead programs, schedule analysis reports, and progress presentations.
