Job summary

Nesma United Industries Co. is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer with 10–12 years of Saudi/GCC experience to manage project scheduling, contractor coordination, delay analysis and progress reporting on-site in Saudi Arabia.

The role requires coordinating with contractors and site teams, updating detailed schedules, and preparing recovery plans to mitigate delays as projects progress.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC, including contractor and subcontractor management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and SCE registration.
• Prepare and update detailed project schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate contractor and subcontractor progress updates.
• Analyse schedule variances, critical paths and potential delays.
• Prepare progress reports, manpower forecasts and recovery schedules.
• Visit project sites as required to review progress and coordinate with site teams.
