Job summary

Nesma United Industries Co. in Al Khobar seeks a Planning Manager with 12–15 years of Saudi/GCC experience in project scheduling, contractor coordination and team leadership. You will develop baseline schedules, milestones and resource plans, integrate contractor/subcontractor schedules, and monitor progress against critical activities.

You will lead planning teams, prepare progress reports and completion forecasts, and visit project sites to coordinate with site teams to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Experience in contractor and subcontractor management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• SCE registration.
• Develop and manage baseline schedules, milestones and resource plans.
• Review and integrate contractor and subcontractor schedules.
• Monitor critical activities and prepare recovery plans.
• Lead planning teams and issue progress reports and completion forecasts.
• Visit project sites as required to review progress and coordinate with site teams.
