Job summary

ALESAYI HOLDING | العيسائي القابضة is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager in Jeddah to oversee end-to-end payroll operations for a large multi-project workforce. You will ensure timely processing, lead a payroll team, and maintain strict regulatory compliance across Saudi labor and payroll systems.

The role requires deep expertise in GOSI, WPS, and end-of-service calculations, with a focus on process improvement and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; SOCPA eligibility.
• 8+ years of payroll experience including supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in high-volume payroll management and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, WPS/Mudad.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete monthly payroll cycle for accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise and lead the payroll team.
• Manage high-volume payroll across multiple projects and entities.
• Oversee payroll reconciliation, overtime, allowances, deductions, and settlements.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and WPS/Mudad requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations for accurate payroll processing.
• Improve payroll controls, reporting, and system efficiency.
