Alesayi Holding in Jeddah seeks an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations for a large workforce across multiple projects and locations.

You will ensure accuracy, drive compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and WPS/Mudad, and lead a payroll team to deliver timely, high-quality payroll processing. This role requires strong ERP skills and SOCPA eligibility, with collaboration across HR, Finance, and Operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; SOCPA eligibility preferred.
• 8+ years of payroll experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with high-volume payroll and payroll teams.

Mansioni

• Manage the complete monthly payroll cycle with accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise and lead the payroll team.
• Oversee payroll across multiple projects and entities.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and WPS/Mudad.
