Job summary

Halian invites a Senior Software Engineer to join our Oracle Banking practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will design, develop, and integrate Oracle FCUBS and related modules, focusing on PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP, and middleware such as WebLogic.

The role demands strong analytical skills, mentoring and code review, secure coding practices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, including testing and UAT support.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking (FCUBS).
• Strong PL/SQL development and optimization skills.
• Experience with Oracle DB versions 11g/12c/19c.
• Java/J2EE development experience.
• WebLogic Server administration.
• Exposure to REST and SOAP web services.
• Experience with SWIFT messaging integration.
• Knowledge of Basel III / IFRS regulatory concepts.

Responsibilities

• Mentor teammates and perform code reviews.
