Job summary

Aroma City Group client is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Leader in Saudi Arabia to drive multi-plant operations, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient performance across large-scale utility, cooling, or energy infrastructure projects.

The role requires directing multidisciplinary teams, optimizing costs through BOT/BOOT/MEP pricing and design, and reporting performance to executives. Based in Saudi Arabia with extensive local market experience and a mechanical engineering degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience with significant experience in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across multiple plants and sites ensuring safe reliable and efficient performance
• Direct and develop multi-disciplinary operations and maintenance teams setting targets and performance standards
• Drive efficiency and performance improvements with measurable results
• Prepare and review pricing and commercial models for BOT BOOT and MEP projects
• Guide design and technical solutions to achieve optimal cost-effective outcomes
• Ensure HSE regulatory and contractual compliance across all operations
• Report to executive management on operational performance risks and growth opportunities
