Job summary

KBR, Inc is seeking a Senior Training & Induction Manager for a Riyadh-based PMO project. You will lead onboarding and induction programs for PMCs, contractors, and design consultants, while shaping learning strategies and trainer quality.

The role centers on ensuring compliance with orientation, security, and HSE requirements. Credentials in CPTD/ATD are preferred, with a minimum of five years in LMS development, implementation, and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, education, business or similar.
• Certifications in training and development (e.g. CPTD/ATD) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in development, implementation and management of LMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding and orientation for mobilizing employees.
• Assess training needs through surveys and consultations.
• Develop training programs and curricula aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee trainers and development staff; manage training budgets.
• Update training materials; ensure compliance with security, HSE and company policies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and track employee progress.
