PE Global International is recruiting for a Program Coordinator / Sr. Director - Nursing in Saudi Arabia. The role provides 24-hour administrative and clinical leadership for the assigned department, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and operational performance.

You will collaborate with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams to support organizational goals. The position requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field, a Master’s in Nursing/Health, and prefers a Doctorate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related specialty required.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing, Health, or Allied Health required.
• Doctorate Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides 24-hour administrative and clinical leadership for the department.
• Ensures compliance with professional, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
• Develops and monitors performance metrics (length of stay, staffing, turnover, overtime).
• Leads quality improvement initiatives and applies evidence-based practice.
• Manages budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
• Supports managers in daily operations and patient care delivery.
• Promotes staff development, continuing education, and leadership succession planning.
• Participates in disaster preparedness planning and emergency response.
