King Fahad Military Medical Complex invites applications for Clinical Director - Nursing Administration. This leadership role provides strategic and operational oversight of nursing services across inpatient, outpatient and specialty care, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will lead nursing managers, develop policies, oversee budgets, and drive performance improvement, with exposure to accreditation programs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; Master’s in Nursing or related field desirable.
• Current RN license to practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for nursing services across inpatient, outpatient, and specialty care areas.
• Develop and implement nursing strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.
• Lead nursing managers and clinical leaders to achieve objectives.
• Promote patient safety, accountability, collaboration, and professional excellence.
• Participate in executive leadership meetings and planning.
• Manage departmental budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
• Monitor nursing productivity and operational performance.
• Oversee safe, evidence-based nursing care and policy implementation.
• Monitor compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.
• Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and development.
• Support education, certification, and mentorship of nursing staff.
• Prepare and manage budgets and procurement for clinical equipment.
