Job summary

Datamatics Technologies seeks an experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead enterprise IT infrastructure operations across Data Center, Azure and On-Premises environments. You will ensure high availability, security, and service delivery while driving AI-enabled IT Operations and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidate has 15+ years in IT infrastructure with 5+ years in leadership, strong expertise in Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, and cloud/on-prem platforms, and a strategic mindset to modernize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 15+ years in IT infrastructure and network operations.
• 5+ years in leadership managing large teams.
• Experience with enterprise-scale and managed services environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end infrastructure operations for Data Center, Azure and On-Premises.
• Lead incident, problem and RCA processes to ensure service reliability.
• Ensure security compliance and regulatory requirements across environments.
• Drive AI-enabled IT Operations and automation initiatives.
• Maintain SLA/OLA/KPI targets and governance.
