Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to manage and lead enterprise IT infrastructure operations across Data Center, Azure and On-Premises and Network Infrastructure environments.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong operational leadership capabilities and a strategic mindset to drive innovation through AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI-enabled IT Operations.

This role is responsible for ensuring infrastructure availability, service reliability, SLA compliance, security, operational excellence and continuous improvement across enterprise environments.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Network Operations; Minimum 5+ years in leadership or managerial roles managing large infrastructure teams; Proven experience managing enterprise-scale and mission-critical environments; Experience working within Managed Services or large enterprise customer environments is mandatory.
