Job summary

Khidmah is seeking an experienced facilities management professional to join our team in Riyadh. The role focuses on MEP maintenance across commercial and large facilities, with emphasis on proactive diagnostics, safety, and reliability of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of FM experience, strong hands-on MEP skills, and the ability to read drawings and technical docs.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of FM experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or large facilities.
• Strong hands-on experience in MEP maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and rectify faults independently.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance (PPM/CM).
• Ability to read MEP drawings, manuals and technical documents.
• Experience using CMMS/CAFM for work orders and records.
• Knowledge of HSE procedures, PTW, LOTO and safe practices.
• Ability to supervise technicians and allocate daily tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergency breakdowns.
• Knowledge of tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
• GCC/Saudi FM experience advantageous.
• Saudi driving licence preferred if required.

Job description

• Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant FM experience, preferably in commercial, residential, hospitality, or large facilities.
• Strong hands-on experience in MEP maintenance.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building maintenance systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and rectify technical faults independently.
• Experience in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PPM/CM).
