Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced L2 Application Support Engineer (Integration & Middleware) to ensure health and reliability of the enterprise middleware layer in our Riyadh-based team.

You will monitor and troubleshoot IBM CP4I components (ACE, MQ, API Connect) and backend Spring Boot services running on OpenShift, driving performance, security and high availability across complex data flows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Middleware or Integration Support.
• Currently residing in KSA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Preferred certifications in CP4I or OpenShift.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support CP4I components (ACE, MQ, API Connect).
• Tuning and debugging Spring Boot microservices on OpenShift.
• Perform RCA for middleware incidents and ensure high availability.
