Job summary
DXC Technology, a global leader in technology services, seeks an Integration Support specialist in KSA to maintain enterprise middleware health and reliability. You will work with IBM CP4I ACE MQ API Connect and Spring Boot microservices on Red Hat OpenShift, ensuring high availability and secure, efficient data flows.
Responsibilities include end-to-end tracing, RCA for middleware issues, JVM tuning, and log correlation with ELK/Splunk.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Middleware or Integration Support.
- Currently residing in KSA.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or related field.
- Certifications preferred: IBM Cloud Pak for Integration Specialist, Red Hat OpenShift Administration.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot message flows and connectivity in IBM CP4I ACE and API Connect.
- Lead RCA investigations for middleware failures and message-persistence issues.
- Tune and debug Spring Boot microservices and JVM performance.
- Monitor OpenShift resource usage and ensure pod scaling and reliability.
- Trace end-to-end transactions from API gateway to backend services; correlate logs with ELK/Splunk.
