Job summary

alfanar is seeking an experienced Middleware Integration Engineer to support, configure, and maintain middleware platforms and integration services. You will ensure reliable communication between enterprise applications, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement security and resiliency measures.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing integration solutions across platforms, coordinating with IT and business teams, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems or related field.
• 4–6 years of work experience in middleware/integration roles.
• Experience with Microsoft integration platforms and .NET applications.
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain middleware solutions.
• Strong collaboration with IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain middleware software solutions.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain Microsoft integration platforms (e.g., BizTalk Server, Azure Integration Services, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid) and .NET applications to ensure high performance, reliability, and availability.
• Perform regular updates and patches to middleware software.
• Design, build, and configure middleware integration solutions across multiple platforms and environments.
• Ensure seamless integration and communication between different applications.
• Monitor system performance, logs, and metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including topology diagrams, configuration settings, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
