Job summary

Saudi Pan Kingdom Company (SAPAC) seeks a Lead MEP Technical Office Manager to lead MEP activities across construction projects, ensuring designs, specs, and codes are met. You will oversee shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and BIM/clash coordination while supporting site technical needs.

The role requires 10–15 years in MEP construction, with at least 5 years in senior/lead roles, and strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, MS Office, and Primavera P6/MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering.
• 10–15 years of MEP construction experience, including 5+ years in a senior/lead technical office role.
• Strong experience in large-scale construction projects and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, MS Office, and preferably Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, BIM coordination, technical documentation, and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise MEP Technical Office Engineers and staff.
• Review and coordinate MEP shop drawings, IFC drawings, as-built drawings, and submissions.
• Manage material submittals, RFIs, technical clarifications, and consultant approvals.
• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, BMS, and other MEP systems.
• Coordinate MEP works with architectural, structural, civil, and other disciplines.
• Identify and resolve design clashes, constructability issues, and site problems.
