Job summary

Jones Engineering seeks a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead a Dammam-based project. The role involves end-to-end management from handover through closeout, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring schedule, cost and safety targets are met.

The ideal candidate has extensive MEP project leadership experience, with a background in data centre projects and a track record of stakeholder management and risk mitigation. Relocation to Dammam is required with no rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience.
• Minimum 3 years as a Project Manager.
• Role requires a degree or trade qualification.
• Experience in Data Centre Projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of assigned MEP project from handover to closeout.
• Coordinate planning, execution, monitoring and control of scope.
• Act as primary liaison between client, consultants and delivery team.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, budgets and schedule.
• Manage project risks, changes and contractual conditions.
• Oversee subcontractors and supplier engagements.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and reporting.
