Job summary

Jones Engineering in Dammam, Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced MEP Manager/Lead to oversee all site MEP technical and engineering aspects. You will coordinate with the BIM and design teams, ensure design accuracy, and manage the discipline engineers to meet Code A status throughout construction.

You will drive design reviews, plan project engineering activities, and provide technical support to client consultants and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with local codes and project

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience on construction projects.
• Degree from a reputed university.
• Experience in Data Centre Projects.
• Experience managing assigned discipline engineers.
• Professional membership to accredited organization is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Direct line of report to Project Manager during execution / Pre-Construction Manager during tender.
• Assist Pre-Construction Manager and Estimating Team to ensure robust tendering.
• Review design and handover docs, identify risks and BIM-related constructability.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure engineering parameters meet project requirements and codes.
• Oversee MEP design, shop drawings, and as-builts to Code A status with BIM Lead.
