ABIS is seeking a QC Inspector – Mechanical for on-site work in Saudi Arabia. The role covers in-process and final inspections of mechanical equipment installations, ensuring alignment with drawings, vendor data, and ITPs.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience as a QC Inspector on mechanical equipment installation projects.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; QC/inspection certification preferred.
• Experience reading mechanical drawings and vendor data.

Responsabilidades

• Perform in-process and final inspections on mechanical equipment installation works (pumps, vessels, packages, structural skids).
• Verify equipment installation, alignment, and grouting against approved drawings and vendor specifications.
• Witness mechanical running tests, alignment checks, and equipment box-up activities per the ITP.
• Record inspection results and raise Non-Conformance Reports as required.
• Coordinate hold points and inspections with client/third-party inspectors.
• Maintain inspection records, checklists, and daily QC reports.
