Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group in Medina seeks a senior Mechanical Construction Supervisor to oversee the renovation of a luxury high-rise hotel. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
Minimum 15 years of experience in mechanical building services and construction supervision.
Proven experience with high-rise buildings, luxury hospitality, or major hotel renovations.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code, ASHRAE, NFPA, and related international codes.

Responsibilities

Supervise mechanical works for renovation of a high-rise, five-star hotel.
Ensure installations comply with drawings, specifications, Saudi Building Code, NFPA, ASHRAE, and operator criteria.
Review shop drawings, submittals, calculations, and schedules.
Oversee chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and central plant equipment.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, interior design, and life-safety teams.
Conduct site inspections, identify non-compliant work, and track corrective actions.
Lead TAB, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
