Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Supervisor to oversee renovation work on a luxury high-rise hotel in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on supervising electrical installations, ensuring compliance with the Saudi Electrical Code, NFPA standards and hotel operator requirements.

You will review drawings and calculations, coordinate MV/LV systems, and oversee testing, energization and handover activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
Valid Saudi Council of Engineers membership is mandatory.
Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical installation and construction supervision.
Proven experience in high-rise buildings, five-star hotels, or major hotel renovations.
Strong knowledge of MV/LV distribution, generators, UPS, lighting and life-safety systems.
Experience in testing, commissioning and energization of electrical systems.
Familiarity with Saudi/International codes and standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM coordination.

Responsibilities

Supervise electrical installation works for hotel renovations.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and codes.
Review shop drawings, submittals, and load calculations.
Coordinate MV/LV systems, transformers, switchgear, generators, and life-safety systems.
Inspect materials, perform site inspections and witness testing/commissioning.
Coordinate with client, operator, consultants, and subcontractors.
Monitor progress and report issues to the Project Manager.
