Job summary

Algihaz Marine is seeking a Materials & Warehouse Lead to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and materials logistics across projects. You will optimize storage, maintain real‑time inventory records, and supervise a team to ensure safe, on-time delivery to sites and vessels.

The role requires a Diploma in AutoCAD, strong English communication, and at least 4 years in similar projects, with hands‑on leadership and adherence to HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in AutoCAD; Microstation knowledge is a plus.
• At least 4 years of experience in projects for similar scope.
• Good communication skills; fluent in English and able to understand Installation team requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse and materials management activities including receiving, inspection, storage, preservation, issuing and dispatch of project materials.
• Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure proper storage, preservation, identification and traceability of materials.
• Logistics & Transportation coordinate transportation of materials via road, sea and air to meet project schedules.
• Inventory Control ensure inventory accuracy through periodic audits and cycle counts.
• Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor and supervise warehouse personnel, coordinators and storekeepers, while supporting on-ground operations.
• HSE & Compliance ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements and statutory regulations.
