About the job: Senior Marketing Manager / Trader

One of our clients in the Metal Industry, based in Saudi Arabia, is hiring for the position of Senior Marketing Manager/Trader.

Location: Riyadh

Experience: Minimum 7 years

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or up to one month

Responsibilities:
  1. Actively seek new customers globally and develop business relationships.
  2. Monitor and fulfill the requirements of existing customers promptly.
  3. Manage and control customer outstanding payments.
  4. Identify and develop new sources and suppliers of metals & minerals.
  5. Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams to ensure timely and proper transaction closure.
  6. Demonstrate leadership qualities to lead and motivate team members.
  7. Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports for the management.
  8. Take responsibility for the profit and loss of transactions handled.
  9. Negotiate and finalize purchase and sale transactions independently.
  10. Draft contracts based on negotiated terms.
  11. Have working knowledge of Incoterms 2010, Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Payment Terms, Third Party Assayer procedures, and logistics (Container/Break Bulk).
Additional Requirements:

Over 10 years of experience, preferably in Manganese ore, Iron Ore, Ferro and Non-Ferro Alloys. Proven negotiation and deal finalization skills are essential. Must be experienced in trading both purchases and sales, with accountability for profit and loss.

Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

Reporting To: Managing Director
