As Senior Marketing Manager - Saudi Arabia, you will own and grow Bayt.com's partnerships ecosystem, positioning partnerships as the primary driver of brand presence, demand generation, and commercial opportunities.
You will also oversee high-impact events and act as Bayt.com's key market contact for marketing activations, collaborations, and strategic opportunities across the Saudi market.

What You\'ll Do
- Strategic Partnerships
- Lead the development and execution of Bayt.com\'s partnerships strategy in Saudi Arabia, aligning partnerships with brand, revenue, and growth objectives
- Build and manage long-term relationships with government entities, universities, employers, associations, platforms, and ecosystem partners
- Identify, negotiate, and activate new partnership opportunities that unlock brand visibility, lead generation, co-marketing initiatives, and commercial growth
- Serve as a senior representative of Bayt.com in partner discussions, joint initiatives, and strategic forums
- Translate partnerships into integrated marketing activations across events, content, campaigns, and platforms
- Events & Industry Engagements
- Own Bayt.com\'s events strategy in Saudi Arabia, ensuring events support partnership goals and market positioning
- Lead planning and execution of career fairs, employer events, conferences, sponsorships, and industry activations
- Manage events end-to-end: concept development, budgeting, logistics, promotion, execution, and post-event evaluation
- Represent Bayt.com at industry events and conferences to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities
- Marketing Activations
- Act as Bayt.com\'s key local marketing contact in Saudi Arabia for all marketing opportunities, collaborations, and activations
- Support and enable broader marketing initiatives by identifying relevant market touchpoints, partners, and platforms
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Brand, and Marketing) to align partnerships and events with wider go-to-market strategies
- Work alongside the Brand Marketing Manager to ensure consistent brand messaging across partnerships, events, and activations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other business units under the Bayt Group, such as Talentera (TL) and vFairs, to identify synergetic marketing opportunities, align cross-platform brand messaging, and support integrated go-to-market strategies across the Saudi market
- Performance, Insights & Stakeholder Management
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partnerships, events, and activations, measuring ROI and business impact
- Monitor Saudi market trends, competitor activity, and emerging partnership opportunities
- Manage agencies, vendors, media partners, and suppliers to ensure high-quality execution
- Oversee budgets related to partnerships, events, and marketing activations
Skills
Who We\'re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on partnerships and events
- Proven ability to build and activate strategic partnerships with measurable commercial impact
- Solid experience planning and executing large-scale events and sponsorships
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, culture, and business ecosystem
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with strong organizational and project management abilities
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
