Job summary

SILQFi is seeking a Marketing Communications Lead to own end-to-end messaging for Fina Capital and Mowaridi. You will ensure messaging consistency across online and offline plans, timelines, and assets, coordinating with business, creative, social media, and performance teams.

In this role you will plan performance marketing budgets, brief media buying teams, and drive cross-functional alignment to deliver cohesive campaigns for both brands from Saudi Arabia.

• Excellent written communication skills in Arabic and English.

• Collaborate with Creative to ensure clear messaging across assets.
• Identify common customer questions with Customer Support and work with Creative to address them.
• Produce weekly progress reports and a monthly summary.

Role Summary

Owns marketing communication end-to-end for both Fina Capital and Mowaridi — ensuring messaging, timelines, and online/offline plans are aligned, consistent, and delivered on schedule across both brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and review all marketing communication output for Fina Capital and Mowaridi.
• Work closely with the business team on both brands to stay aligned with priorities, offers, and upcoming plans.
• Plan the performance marketing plan and budget, and provide the brief to the Media Buyer team.
• Manage communication timelines, ensuring deadlines are tracked and nothing slips.
• Coordinate with Social Media to make sure messaging is consistent and campaigns are properly aligned.
• Build and maintain the online and offline communication plan for both brands.
• Work closely with the Creative team to make sure our messaging is clear across all assets.
• Check in with Customer Support to identify the most common customer questions, and build content with the Creative team to address them.
• Produce a weekly report on activities and progress, plus a monthly summary report.

What We're Looking For
