Job summary

Confidential in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to manage social media, plan content calendars, and produce corporate copy in Arabic and English. You will coordinate with external designers for visuals and support internal communications and reporting.

The role requires 1–3 years in marketing/communications, a bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop, and PowerPoint to deliver on-brand presentations and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts across the company including planning, publishing, community management, and monthly reporting.
• Write accurate and engaging Arabic and English copy for social media, websites, and internal communications, and produce marketing visuals using Adobe Illustrator, Canva and Photoshop.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal company events including employee engagement initiatives, corporate celebrations, and internal meetings.
• Manage exhibition participation end to end, including planning, preparation, booth coordination, and on-site execution.
• Prepare presentations and redesign existing presentations into professional, on-brand layouts.
• Understand and apply branding guidelines to ensure consistent identity in communications and collateral.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support marketing and business objectives.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage social media accounts across the company including planning, publishing, community management, and monthly reporting, and build a content calendar aligned with corporate priorities, exhibitions, and product campaigns.
2. Write accurate and engaging Arabic and English copy for social media, websites, and internal communications, and produce marketing visuals using Adobe Illustrator, coordinating with external designers for more complex production work.
3. Plan, coordinate, and execute internal company events including employee engagement initiatives, corporate celebrations, and internal meetings.
4. Manage exhibition participation end to end, including planning, preparation, booth coordination, and on-site execution, acting as the single point of ownership for all exhibition-related activities before, during, and after the event.
5. Prepare presentations and redesign existing presentations into professional, on-brand layouts.
6. Understand and apply the branding guidelines of the company, using sound judgment to ensure the correct brand identity is applied to each communication, and support the production of marketing collateral, including company profiles, datasheets, and print materials.
7. Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support marketing and business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing and communications experience.
• Proven corporate social media management experience.
• Working proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Canva and Photoshop are a plus.
• Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to build and redesign professional, branded presentations.
