Job summary

SILQFi is seeking a Marketing Communications Lead to own end-to-end messaging and rollout for Fina Capital and Mowaridi. You will align online and offline plans, manage timelines, and collaborate with business, creative, and social teams to ensure consistency and impact across channels.

You will drive planning for performance marketing budgets, briefs to media buyers, and regular progress reporting. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Own and review all marketing communication output for both brands.
• Plan the performance marketing plan and budget, and brief the Media Buyer team.
• Manage communication timelines, ensuring deadlines are tracked.
• Coordinate with Social Media to ensure messaging is consistent and campaigns aligned.
• Build and maintain the online and offline communication plan for both brands.
• Work with Creative to ensure messaging is clear across assets.
• Identify common customer questions with Support and create content with Creative to address them.
• Produce a weekly activities report and a monthly summary.

Role Summary

Owns marketing communication end-to-end for both Fina Capital and Mowaridi — ensuring messaging, timelines, and online/offline plans are aligned, consistent, and delivered on schedule across both brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and review all marketing communication output for Fina Capital and Mowaridi.
• Work closely with the business team on both brands to stay aligned with priorities, offers, and upcoming plans. Plan the performance marketing plan and budget, and provide the brief to the Media Buyer team.
• Manage communication timelines, ensuring deadlines are tracked and nothing slips.
• Coordinate with Social Media to make sure messaging is consistent and campaigns are properly aligned.
• Build and maintain the online and offline communication plan for both brands.
• Work closely with the Creative team to make sure our messaging is clear across all assets.
• Check in with Customer Support to identify the most common customer questions, and build content with the Creative team to address them.
• Produce a weekly report on activities and progress, plus a monthly summary report.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in marketing communication, ideally managing more than one brand/product line at once.
• Experience planning performance marketing budgets and briefing media buying teams.
• Strong project management instincts — comfortable owning timelines and catching delays early.
• Excellent written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with business, creative, social media, and performance teams.
