Keeta seeks an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end manpower and labor services across the Middle East, from needs assessment to contract negotiation and performance oversight.

You will build partnerships with local and international providers, analyze market trends to optimize costs, and collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with projects while ensuring compliance and risk control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain management, HR or related field with 5+ years procurement experience; manpower and labor services preferred.
• Familiar with labor regulations and the labor services market across the Middle East; strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities; proficient in office software and procurement systems. Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus; high integrity and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for manpower and labor services across the Middle East, including needs assessment, supplier screening, contract negotiation, and performance oversight.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local and international labor service providers, ensuring service quality and delivery timelines meet company standards.
• Analyze market trends and cost structures to develop sourcing strategies, optimize procurement costs, and improve service efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align manpower procurement with operational needs and support smooth project delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular evaluations, and drive continuous improvement to ensure compliance and risk control.
