Job summary

The Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) invites an experienced Trade Marketing professional to lead the development and execution of the commercial agenda for the Snacking & Convenience BU in Saudi Arabia. You will translate strategy into actionable channel plans, drive distribution, visibility, and ROI across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and E-commerce.

Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, you will set targets, monitor performance, and coach the Trade

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields required.
8–12 years FMCG experience with exposure to Trade Marketing and Channel Management.
Strong understanding of distribution, in-store execution, and customer dynamics.
Experience leading trade marketing campaigns, promotions, planograms, and budget management.
Proven team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of the commercial agenda for Snacking & Convenience BU.
Translate BU strategy into annual and mid-term commercial plans across channels.
Drive revenue, margin, and trade investment targets; monitor performance and adjust.
Lead trade investment ROI management and budget allocation across channels.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure aligned execution.
