Job summary

PayTech Group in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Manager SME Acquisition & Sales Enablement to drive end-to-end SME customer acquisition across Branch Banking, RM networks, Digital Channels, Contact Centre and Partnerships. You will own the SME acquisition strategy, lead generation programs, awareness campaigns and sales activation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Proven experience in SME banking or related sales/marketing roles.
• Experience driving multi-channel SME acquisition programs and campaigns.
• Hands-on CRM lead management, campaign execution and sales performance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the SME acquisition strategy across branches, RM networks, digital channels and partnerships.
• Design lead generation programs and optimize conversion funnels.
• Create awareness campaigns and market activation plans with marketing.
• Develop sales enablement playbooks and training for frontline teams.
• Monitor funnel performance and drive improvements in conversion and onboarding.
